The two retorts in parallel hot water immersion sterilizer alternately complete the sterilization process. After the food in one retort is sterilized, the high temperature water enters the other retort for sterilization directly, thus, reduce the heat consumption of sterilization water and shorten the sterilization time.

It shares the sterilization hot water, water, and compressed air supplying.

Compared with the single retort sterilizer, the two retorts in parallel retort sterilizer improves the utilization efficiency of heat source and hot water, shortens the sterilization time, the energy is saved and improves the sterilization ability.

PLC controls the entire sterilization process. Screen touch control and digital display of pressure and temperature, all sterilization periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can be switched from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process.

100 sterilization formulas can be stored for selection.

Each sterilizer retort can be equipped with an F-value measuring instrument. All sterilization data, including sterilization data, F value, time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve, etc., can be saved or printed after being processed by data processing software.
